We kindly ask that all personalization details be reviewed carefully before submitting your order. If an error occurs on our part, we will gladly issue a refund or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

For non-personalized items, refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
