Processing Time

All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer flat-rate shipping within the United States:

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days after processing): $10

Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $75

Priority Shipping (2–3 business days after processing): $21

International Shipping
We currently do not ship international

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Delays
​
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, postal delays, or customs. Essence by K is not responsible for delays once the order is in transit.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but missing from your address. Please check with neighbors or your local post office in these cases.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
